As a local, he always has interesting stories from the region. The exotic greenery of the house is his passion. Above all, he is proud of his organic vegetable garden. We owe her to the cleanliness and order in the house. She likes to chat with our guests, whenever possible and supports with tips at any time. Together with Father Petko, she is working on the vacation requests.<\/p>\n\t<\/div> [\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1\/4″]\n\t

In addition to her job she supports the parents on site and online as a hobby with passion: postcards, folders and web pageare introduced by her. Via Facebook, she keeps you up to date on what you can see, when and where.

The beginning:<\/strong>
\nMany friends and relatives supported us in the construction of our houses.
\nThere were also no missing helping guests, who wanted to do something, have an unformal contact and do some exercise \u201cof a different kind\u201d.
\nWe are very grateful to everyone.
\nWithin a few years, our House by The Sea was constructed \u2013 the first one we have built for our guests.
\nAfterwards the extension of our own house to what is now Villa Seeblick was done.<\/p>\n

House by the Sea \u2013 1990:<\/strong>
\nIn autumn, after the political and economic turnaround in 1989, our family started the construction.
\nWe had a lot of fun during spring and summer with the construction work, but the winter and spring felt very chilly.
\nThe beautiful view from the upper floors of the house was of course not overlooked by us.
\nThe still, windless winter days proved second to none when the sea water is crystal clear and tries to seduce you to bathe \u2026 unfortunately water was still too cold during this period of the year.
\nWe are very proud of our performance.
\nThe houses have strongly shaped our private life \u2013 we bring something new every year \u2013 there is always a lot to be done in a big house and even when on our own vacation, these thoughts never leave us.
\nWe spend the summer actively:
\nWe devoted our love and time to the garden, the palm trees and oleanders, the exotic plants from other countries.
\nAnd of course there was always time for our guests.<\/p>\n

1994<\/strong>
\nThe individual floors are clearly visible here. The external plastering took place in the winter of the same year.
\nOur preference for plants of all kinds can also be seen here. Even the roadside is planted with flowers and today\u2019s big fig trees, the shades of which bring us such a refreshing feeling in the hot summer days.
\nHouse by the Sea is by its generous with marble designed 45qm large terraces a suitable apartment for large families and friends.
\nSince autumn 2003 all rooms have their own shower \/ WC.
\nFurther reconstructions took place in 2010\/11\/16.
\nIn each floor, you can drink coffee, socialize or simply enjoy being together, protected by the sun and curious views behind a \u201cwall\u201d of vineyards and palm trees.<\/p>\n

Villa Seeblick \u2013 Transformation of our family house:<\/strong>
\nAfter completing the \u201cHaus am Meer\u201d and gaining some experience in the handling of building materials and management of construction workers, we decided to give our guests the view which we were enjoying ourselves from our large terrace.
\nSo we immediately started planning and drawing until we handed the architect the sketch of our ideas.
\nWe transformed the north-eastern part of our property to a construction site for a certain time \u2013 the result is our pride today.
\nOf course there was so much happening that we would rather not want to experience again, for example when we reached the stage, when the roof was removed, in order to adjust the 3rd floor of our family house to the new construction .
\nOf course Murphy\u2019s law proved that there must be a heavy rainfall at the same time.
\nYes, of course, it also has not been spared \u2013 our private bedrooms to be flooded with water \u2013 a good reason to renovate, unfortunately at the wrong moment.
\nBut this has also been prevailed, as well as the consequences that the spray plaster has brought with it.<\/p>\n

2015\/16<\/strong>
\nAnd again it is time for the renewal of the exterior plaster.
\nWinter storms and the proximity to the shore made the salt water from the sea to reach the facade, so that the conventional plaster material suffered.This led to a new silicone plaster that needed to replace the old one. Thus, in 2016, Villa Seeblick received a new look.<\/p>\n

Jenanette\u2019s house<\/strong>
\nThe best of two worlds meet here: relaxation and entertainment.
\nOur house is situated in the peaceful green villa district of Primorsko, but is still close to the town and beach. During the construction we were able to preserve the decade old oak trees in the garden.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
